One home screen for the whole day, whatever your people used to log it.

65 activity types feed one daily total in Vantage Fit, arriving three ways: automatic sync from Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit and Garmin, manual entry, or the phone camera. Steps, workouts and active minutes reconcile into a single number, so someone with only a phone competes on the same board as a watch owner.

However your people move, it lands in the same place.

Smartwatch or just a phone, everyone lands on the same board.

  1. Automatic sync

Steps and workouts flow in from Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit and Garmin, with more health data imported through Health Connect on Android.

  2. Manual logging

No device for a session? Log it by hand. Great for a class, a swim or anything a tracker misses.

  3. Camera tracking

The phone camera counts squats with pose detection and gives an awareness-level heart-rate check, not a medical-grade reading.

Two rings, and steps that actually reconcile.

Two rings, steps plus active calories or minutes, and a step total that is a sum you can explain.

Sensible defaults

10,000 steps and 250 active calories a day when no challenge is running, adjustable per program.

Active minutes count movement that is not steps

Cycling or a workout earns active minutes, which convert at 100 steps a minute. The WHO's 150 minutes a week is a helpful yardstick, not a badge.

If your people do it, there is probably a way to log it.

65 activity types span eight groups, and you can add your own on top.

Your own loggable activities

Add branded activities like "Office Yoga" so what matters to your workplace counts too.

Habit and adherence activities

Track things like "Avoid Sugar" as a daily habit, separate from workouts.

Accessible by design: a GPS-trackable wheelchair activity is built in. A guided 7-minute workout, twelve exercises, is bundled for people starting from zero.

A number you can stand behind.

A wellness program only works if the data is believable, so it counts what people actually did.

  1. Duplicate days are caught

A day that is a near-copy of the one before gets flagged, not counted twice.

  2. Sync is rate-limited

Updates are spaced on a minimum interval, so a flood of readings cannot inflate a total.

  3. The same rules for everyone

Phone-only or top-of-the-range watch, the count is measured the same way, so the leaderboard stays fair.

Logged, not estimated.

Figures are from the named programs and are not cumulative across customers.

Before you trust the numbers

Rings, trends and custom activities live in the mobile app. Lite Mode plans track steps only.

No. The phone is enough on its own, through its step counter, manual logging or the camera. A wearable is welcome, never required.

Every logged move rolls into the same participation record.

One honest number your whole workforce can reach.

See the three ways people log, how the rings and step total add up, and how the data stays believable, in a 30-minute walkthrough.
