Wellness platform integrations, for employees and IT.

Connect the wearables your people already own, and the identity and HR systems your IT team already trusts. Two kinds of integration, one platform, and nobody keeps two accounts.

Illustrative. Brand names shown for compatibility only.

The wearables employees already own connect to Vantage Fit, including Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin and Samsung. So do the systems IT runs, through SAML 2.0 single sign-on and HRIS provisioning. Steps auto-track from the phone by itself, so nobody has to buy a device to take part.

Bring the band you already wear. Or none at all.

Steps auto-track from the phone, through Apple Health on iOS and Google Fit on Android, so no one needs to buy anything. Connect a wearable and you add accuracy and more data types, and 70+ apps like Strava and Nike Run Club feed in through Apple Health.

  1. Garmin syncs in real time

Garmin pushes data by webhook as it happens, with GPS routes and daily summaries, not periodic polling.

  2. Fitbit brings history

Connect Fitbit to sync steps, heart-rate zones and sleep stages, with up to 30 days of history, on app open or on demand.

  3. One primary device

Each person syncs from one primary source at a time, so nothing is double-counted, with trusted-source filtering and a configurable daily step cap.

The identity and HR stack you already run.

Set up with the Vantage Fit integration team, so it fits your environment rather than a generic toggle.

Wearable connections are employee self-serve. SSO, HRIS and SFTP are set up with our integration team.

Single sign-on

SAML 2.0

Employees sign in through your own identity provider, on your login page and branding. The Vantage Fit sign-in screen itself keeps Vantage Fit branding; full white-labeling is a separate build.

  • Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, Ping Identity and similar
  • Metadata exchange with our integration team, not a self-serve switch
  • Password, email OTP, GSuite Google Sign-In and employee-ID login also supported

HRIS · SFTP · CSV

Keep your directory in sync the way your HR systems already work.

  • HR Admin CSV upload and SFTP sync
  • Workday, DarwinBox, ADP, Zoho People, SAP, Infor ION and more, confirmed per client
  • Self-registration by work-email domain, on by default

Hosted where you need it.

Pick your data region at onboarding, and give people one account across the Vantage Circle suite.

  • Four data regions

Choose India, the US, the EU or the UAE at onboarding. The region is fixed after setup without a migration.

  • One account across Vantage Circle

Someone already in Rewards & Recognition can reach Vantage Fit without creating a separate login.

  • Thirteen-plus languages

The experience is localized, so a global rollout still reads as local to each team.

Who sets up each integration.

Most of it is IT-light. Here is who owns what.

  1. SSO (SAML 2.0)

IT configures it once with your identity provider, such as Okta or Azure AD. Employees then sign in with their work identity.

  2. Wearable connections

Each employee connects their own Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin or Google Health Connect from the app. No IT involvement.

  3. HRIS employee sync

Set up with Vantage Circle Support, so the roster stays current without manual uploads.

How to set up SAML 2.0 SSO.

IT configures it once with your identity provider.

  1. Share the metadata

Vantage Fit provides its SAML metadata, or accepts yours, to establish trust with your identity provider.

  2. Map the attributes

Map email and the identifiers your identity provider sends so each sign-in resolves to the right employee.

  3. Test with a pilot user

Run one login end to end from your identity provider to confirm the assertion and attributes.

  4. Roll it out

Enable it for the organization. Employees sign in with their existing work identity, with no separate password to manage.

What is SAML 2.0 SSO?

SAML 2.0 SSO lets employees sign in to Vantage Fit with the same work identity they already use, through an identity provider like Okta or Azure AD, instead of a separate password. IT configures the trust once, and after that a sign-in is one click with the credentials people already have, which cuts password resets and keeps access tied to your directory.

What IT will want confirmed

Wearable connections are employee self-serve. SSO, HRIS and SFTP are set up with our integration team.

No. No wearable is needed. The phone tracks steps through Apple Health on iOS and Google Fit on Android, and a connected device only adds accuracy and more data types.

Every synced source lands in the same participation number.

One platform your people and your IT both approve.
