Wellness program targeting, by count, never by name.

Aim a challenge by department, location, age, language or health risk. The moment you target by health, the app returns a headcount and nothing else. Never a name.

Illustrative sample data.

Challenges can be aimed at a specific group in Vantage Fit using country, city, department, gender, age range, language or health-risk category. Target by health and you get a headcount, never a name list. Any targeted challenge is automatically private, so it stays invisible to everyone outside the audience.

Seven ways to draw the audience.

Combine any of these to reach exactly the group a challenge is for, from a single office to a company-wide push.

  • Country
  • City
  • Department
  • Gender
  • Age range
  • Language
  • Health-risk code
  • Where they are

Country, city and department, so a regional or team challenge reaches only that group.

  • Who they are

Gender, age range and preferred language, for content and challenges that fit.

  • Health risk, safely

Reach a risk category such as heart, diabetes or thyroid, by count only, never by name.

You see the size, not the names.

Health-based targeting is built so a relevant challenge can reach people without exposing anyone's condition to HR.

  1. A count, never a list

Target a health-risk category and you get a headcount. The individuals behind it are never shown or exported.

  2. Targeted challenges are private

Any challenge with targeting is automatically marked private, so it does not appear to people outside the audience.

  3. Categories, not biomarkers

Targeting is by broad risk category, such as heart or thyroid, not by an individual's specific readings.

Enrolled directly, or matched automatically.

Employees do not have to hunt for a challenge and opt in. You put the right people in, or let a rule do it.

  • Add them directly

Search and add people, or bring in a whole group with a bulk CSV upload.

  • Auto-enroll by rule

Set an audience rule and anyone who matches is enrolled instantly, no manual step.

  • Fair for late joiners

Someone added mid-challenge scores from their join date on, with no retroactive credit or penalty.

Eight broad risk categories, no readings.

Health targeting works at the level of a category, drawn from the health assessment, never an individual biomarker number.

Every result is an aggregate cohort count. The people behind it remain hidden.

  • Category 01HeartA cardiac-risk category, by count only.
  • Category 02DiabetesBlood-sugar risk as a category, never a reading.
  • Category 03ThyroidA thyroid-risk category.
  • Category 04LiverA liver-risk category.
  • Category 05KidneyA kidney-risk category.
  • Category 06Blood healthA blood-health risk category, for example anaemia-related.
  • Category 07Vitamin D and B12A deficiency-risk category.
  • Category 08InflammationAn inflammation-risk category.

A worked example: rules narrow with AND.

Stacking dimensions targets a smaller group, and health still returns only a count.

  • One rule

Location is Bangalore returns, say, 1,200 people. You see the number, add them, and move on.

  • Two rules with AND

Bangalore AND language is Hindi narrows to 480. Still a count, still no names.

  • Add a health category

Bangalore AND a heart-risk category returns a headcount only. The 480 stays visible; the health slice never shows a single name.

How to target a challenge without exposing health.

Four steps, and the health slice never returns a name.

  1. Open audience rules

In the admin app, start a challenge and choose who it is for.

  2. Pick your dimensions

Combine country, city, department, gender, age range and language. These return matching lists you can manage.

  3. Add a health-risk category if needed

Choosing a risk category switches the result to a headcount only. No list of individuals is shown or exported.

  4. Launch as private

Any targeted challenge is automatically private, so it stays invisible to everyone outside the audience.

Targeting, and its limits

Targeting is set in the admin dashboard when you build or manage a challenge.

No. Targeting is by country, city, department, gender, age range, language and health-risk category. Activity level does not come into it.

Target the right people, measured in the same participation number.

Reach the right people, respect every one.
