Major health areas, in one private view
Heart, metabolic, liver, kidney, thyroid, blood health, vitamin deficiency and inflammation markers are organized into understandable risk bands.
An employee uploads a blood-work report and it is read automatically into clear, personal guidance. HR only ever sees the anonymized picture across the workforce.
Sample, non-client data. General wellness guidance, not medical advice.
An employee submits a blood-work PDF or photo, and automated extraction reads it into private, personal wellness guidance inside Vantage Fit. HR sees only anonymized, organization-level prevalence by health area, with no team, department or individual breakdown. This is a premium module enabled for selected partner programs.
Upload a PDF or a photo of a blood-work or health-check report from iOS, Android or the web. An automated pipeline does the reading, so nothing is typed in by hand.
Uploads accept PDF files up to 30MB, or JPEG and PNG images. Automated extraction should always be checked against the original report.
Text is pulled from the PDF or image.
Test names map to supported biomarkers.
Each value is checked against its reference range.
Results become a clear visual summary.
Personal wellness guidance follows.
Heart, metabolic, liver, kidney, thyroid, blood health, vitamin deficiency and inflammation markers are organized into understandable risk bands.
Suggestions are general wellness guidance, not medical advice. Employees can review their history and permanently delete a report at any time.
The private result and the organization view are deliberately different surfaces.
Where a BAA applies, it is scoped specifically to this lab-report pipeline.
Lab report analytics has limited availability and is typically enabled for annual partners already running health check-ups. Your account manager turns it on per company.
Currently offered to selected organizations and enabled for your company by your account manager.
Once enabled, employees submit their own reports from mobile or the web.
The module stays hidden on steps-only Lite Mode plans.
Bulk upload over SFTP has been configured for one company and is not a general offering. Eligibility is handled case by case with the integration team.
It turns voluntary lab reports into a private plan for each employee and a de-identified picture of population risk for the organization. An employee uploads their own report and gets their own read. HR only sees aggregate counts by risk band—never a name, report or raw value. It is not a diagnosis, and it is a narrow, opt-in surface.
Each supported biomarker maps to a band, making the result understandable without exposing a lab value to HR.
Within the healthy reference range for that marker.
Outside the range enough to watch, with relevant wellness guidance.
Well outside the range and flagged privately to the employee.
Shown as deficiency bands and kept to the same employee-private rule.
Employee-owned, private and opt-in from beginning to end.
Choose to add a lab report in the app. Uploading is voluntary.
Submit a PDF or photo. Automated extraction reads the values so they do not have to be typed.
The employee sees their own risk bands and suggested wellness plan or content.
Aggregate risk-band counts can inform planning. No name, raw value or report reaches HR.
The employee sees their report, risk bands and suggestions in full. HR sees de-identified counts by risk band across enough people to remain anonymous, with nothing that points to a person. The report itself and its raw biomarker values never leave the employee's private view.
